Francesca Ferguson (Class of 2028) is from the small town of Barrington, New Hampshire. She is a psychology major with minors in neuroscience, Spanish, and linguistics. She is particularly interested in how children and adults differ in their language-learning abilities, and how childhood experiences, including second-language learning, shape neural development. Outside of the Baby Lab, she can be found setting and climbing new routes at the OA climbing wall, solving brain teasers with the Puzzle Club, or performing with Child’s Play Improv Comedy. In her free time, she enjoys musical theater, reading in a hammock, playing Scrabble and Bananagrams, trail running, hiking, swimming, and cooking for all her favorite people.
